Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior VIP Sales/Store Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and providing an unparalleled shopping experience for our VIP customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury retail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for design.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance through effective management of the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing innovative sales strategies tailored to VIP clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional service and exceed performance goals. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the highest standards of visual merchandising, customer service, and store presentation are maintained.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and inventory management.
- Event Planning: Organize exclusive events and promotions for VIP clients, enhancing their shopping experience and fostering brand loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions and improve sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and products is a plus.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
