Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of authentic customer experiences, and is committed to stewarding resources to foster both employee growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with integrity, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations while prioritizing the well-being of both customers and staff.
  • Cultivate a customer-first culture by mentoring a diverse team to consistently deliver genuine, top-tier service.
  • Exercise prudent financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, reflecting stewardship and wise resource management.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement, while staying authentic to the restaurant’s values.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence, ensuring that all touchpoints reflect the restaurant’s commitment to authenticity.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual respect, where all employees feel valued and encouraged to contribute.
  • Address customer feedback professionally and efficiently, always aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for operational enhancement to achieve sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, particularly in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on servant leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage operational costs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in managing inventory and controlling costs to ensure sustainable operations.

Salary
N400,000 / month.
