Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Sales Trainee to join our sales team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telesales while developing your communication and sales skills.
  • You will assist the team in reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Provide support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist in other sales-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
