Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Manager – Learning and Development Specialist to lead workforce development initiatives and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct detailed training needs assessments and design programs to bridge skill gaps.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training priorities and align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to encourage continuous professional growth.
- Regularly update and maintain training materials for relevance and impact.
- Track the effectiveness of learning programs through performance metrics and measurable outcomes.
- Lead employee engagement programs, including mentoring, coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Research and integrate innovative learning trends and technologies to improve training delivery.
- Build a culture of learning and development to support organizational transformation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Learning and Development role, ideally within the poultry, agriculture or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to evaluate and optimize training programs.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Demonstrated passion for fostering employee growth and a strategic approach to workforce challenges.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Igbariam, Anambra State.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly Gross.
