Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Partner Account Manager to drive sales and manage relationships for IT devices, including laptops, iPads, computer hardware, and accessories, across Lagos and Nigeria.
  • The role successful candidate will handle sales to large buyers, retail outlets, and corporate organizations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and revenue growth.
  • The role is based in Lagos & it requires an experienced and dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, market penetration, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of IT devices to large-scale buyers, retail outlets, and organizations.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s footprint pan-Nigeria.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Implement B2B sales strategies tailored to the needs of corporate clients and organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely account reconciliation and financial management with buyers and partners.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the IT and electronics industry.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to secure partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and progress reports to management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with inventory, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales and marketing campaigns tailored to target markets.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of proven sales experience in the IT devices or computer hardware market.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Advanced networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation and account management.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
