Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to oversee and expand our mobile phone sales across Abuja and the Northern market.
- The successful candidate will capable of delivering on set targets while breaking into new markets and establishing strong retail and organizational channels.
- This position is based in Abuja and requires a skilled, dynamic, and strategic sales professional.
Responsibilities

- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets by selling mobile phones to large retail outlets and corporate organizations.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, expand sales channels, and establish relationships with key partners in the Abuja and Northern region.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve business growth.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and account plans.
- Reconcile accounts with retail partners to ensure accurate records, timely payments, and strong financial relationships.
- Establish and maintain a professional network within the mobile phone industry, retail sector, and other relevant industries to foster growth and collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop innovative solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product availability, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for management review.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the mobile phone industry or electronics market.
- Knowledge of the Abuja and Northern market dynamics is a strong advantage.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting tools.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
