Job Title: Sales Officer

Locations: Abuja & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are interested in hiring a Solar Sales Officer who will support the Sales Manager and SME/Sales Department to achieve sales targets, generate and convert leads, increase revenue, recruit and retain agents and decrease agents churn rates.
  • The ideal candidate will provide the marketing information that will translate to building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals.
  • You will also maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and help achieve expected sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell Winock solar offerings to new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain client relationships by providing support and guidance.
  • Create and deliver presentations to potential customers.
  • Ensure customer retention.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs.
  • Recommend new opportunities and service improvements.
  • Visit customers to evaluate needs and promote new products.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues to maximize satisfaction.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and local market dynamics.
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
