Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager - Adhesives & Grout is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the adhesives and grout product lines.
  • This individual will develop and implement sales strategies, build and manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Provide technical and product support to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and its products.
  • Travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the adhesives or grout industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the adhesives and grout market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
