We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Relation Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

  • Engaging with customers to address enquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures that improve customer service experience.
  • Liaising with other departments to streamline operations relating to customer service.
  • Collecting and analysing feedback to understand customer needs and help improve a company's products or services.
  • Training staff on best practices for dealing with customers and implementing service standards.
  • Working with management to develop strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome all guest
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

Remuneration
N120,000 Monthly.
