Job Title: Dynamics CRM Functional Associate

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Dynamics CRM Functional Associate works closely with clients and internal teams to implement, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring the CRM system, providing functional support, and ensuring that the solution meets business needs.
  • The associate will support the deployment and maintenance of CRM functionalities across sales, customer service, marketing, and other related modules.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business processes that can be automated or optimized with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Document functional requirements, user stories, and business processes.

System Configuration & Customization:

  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business needs, including entity creation, forms, views, workflows, dashboards, and security roles.
  • Customize CRM features using tools like PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement more complex customizations, if needed.

Testing & Support:

  • Support end-user testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring system functionality meets the business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Dynamics CRM.
  • Assist with data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.

Training & Documentation:

  • Develop training materials and documentation to support end users in utilizing the CRM system effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.

System Maintenance & Optimization:

  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Regularly review and maintain CRM configurations to ensure they stay aligned with business requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and patches.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with project managers, technical consultants, and business users to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using built-in CRM reporting tools and Power BI for management insights.

Required Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a similar CRM platform.
  • Experience in configuring or supporting CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes, including sales pipeline management, customer service workflows, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in configuring Dynamics CRM features such as entities, workflows, and security roles.
  • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into CRM functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data management principles is a plus.

  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.

Remuneration
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
