Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President- Sales to join our dynamic sales leadership team.
  • With a proven track record of 6+ years in sales and leadership roles, this individual will be responsible for strategic decision-making, managing key accounts, and driving the growth of our sales initiatives across various markets.
  • The role demands expertise in sales management, customer relations, team leadership, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Assist in the development of short-term and long-term sales plans.
  • Oversee and manage key client accounts to build long-term relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance, trends, and key metrics. Use data to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales strategy development or sales management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies that achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
