Responsibilities
- Grow and manage the company’s Retail Business.
- Ensure the Retail business subsidiary ranks top 10 in Africa
- Increase company online retail sales through the website, also drive manual sales online
- Direct marketing events and align with other departments'activities in promoting and achieving set targets.
- Drive strategic initiatives (Tour packages, online engagement & visibility)
- Ensure maximum profitability and proper management of supplier agreements
- Identify, target and build relationships and engagement both locally and regionally
- Manage the entire customer life-cycle, maintain quality leads, and ensure maximum conversion rate.
Must Have
- Similar experience in an E-commerce business
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Bachelor's Degree / HND with 5 - 8 years experience.
Salary
Monthly stipend and quarterly commission (upon achievement of pre-stated target).
