Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited - Our client, a newly built 30-rooms hotel located in Ikotun area of Lagos, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Ikotun, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Hotel Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • They manage staff, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure guests receive exceptional service.
  • This position is responsible for maintaining operational standards, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to the overall success of the property.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Supervision:

  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other operational departments to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and support hotel staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a positive work environment to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Address staff concerns and mediate conflicts when necessary.

Guest Relations:

  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor guest reviews and work with staff to implement improvements.
  • Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist in budget preparation and expense control to meet financial goals.
  • Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on operational performance.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs or technical issues promptly.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality.

Event Coordination (if applicable):

  • Assist with planning and executing events or functions hosted at the property.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure successful event delivery.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 6 years experience.
  • Candidate must be resident of Ikotun areaand its enviros.
