Job Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Overview
- Lead the coordination of order fulfillment, inventory returns & inventory quality management for Kubona's premium fashion accessories e-commerce business, ensuring high customer delivery success rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for order processing, packaging, and delivery confirmation of orders to customers
- Maintain high payment-on-delivery success rate through effective coordination with delivery partners and customers
- Oversee inventory returns and quality management across multiple product categories (shoes, watches, handbags, luggage)
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products
- Maintain accurate inventory records for returns and repairs and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate the repairs and returns of products to customers.
- Manage relationships with delivery partners and courier services to ensure delivery of products as requested by customers and handle delivery exceptions.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Generate regular reports on order fulfillment KPIs and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or related field
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Interaction Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with luxury goods or fashion retail.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Previous experience with payment-on-delivery operations.
- Strong customer service skills.
Work Hours:
- Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.30pm
- Fri: 7.30am - 8.30am (Training)
- Sat: 10am - 6.30pm (Subject to schedule with taking the next Tuesday off)
