Job Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • Lead the coordination of order fulfillment, inventory returns & inventory quality management for Kubona's premium fashion accessories e-commerce business, ensuring high customer delivery success rates and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for order processing, packaging, and delivery confirmation of orders to customers
  • Maintain high payment-on-delivery success rate through effective coordination with delivery partners and customers
  • Oversee inventory returns and quality management across multiple product categories (shoes, watches, handbags, luggage)
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for returns and repairs and conduct regular audits
  • Coordinate the repairs and returns of products to customers.
  • Manage relationships with delivery partners and courier services to ensure delivery of products as requested by customers and handle delivery exceptions.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes
  • Generate regular reports on order fulfillment KPIs and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or related field
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Interaction Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with luxury goods or fashion retail.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Previous experience with payment-on-delivery operations.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Work Hours:

  • Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.30pm
  • Fri: 7.30am - 8.30am (Training)
  • Sat: 10am - 6.30pm (Subject to schedule with taking the next Tuesday off)
