Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about the hospitality industry to join our team.
  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to manage the operations of our snooker boards and tennis facility.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, meet daily revenue targets, and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  • This is a performance-based role with a unique reward structure tied to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee the day-to-day activities of two snooker boards and one tennis facility.
  • Meet a daily revenue target of N10,000, remitting this amount to the company at the end of each day.
  • Earn service fees based on any additional revenue generated beyond the daily target.
  • Promote and attract players to the snooker and tennis facilities, ensuring high patronage.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure the snooker boards and tennis equipment are clean, well-maintained, and available for use.
  • Monitor facility usage, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily revenue.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, creating a positive experience for all users.
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for players and spectators.
  • Suggest and implement strategies to increase facility usage and overall revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND in any relevant field
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing or operating snooker boards, gaming facilities, or recreational activities is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to attract customers and create a lively and engaging environment.
  • Basic cash handling and record-keeping skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

  • A fixed daily target of N10,000 must be remitted to the company.
  • Any additional revenue generated beyond the daily target is retained by the manager as a service fee.
