Job Summary
- This role is integral to driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a leader in the logistics and cargo services industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Meet or exceed set sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Oversee the online visibility of the Company.
Skill Set and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in logistics or cargo services).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
- Knowledge of the logistics and cargo industry is an added advantage.
