- Our client is seeking to hire a compentent and driven business development manager to join its team.
- As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong industry relationships, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth.
- The role holders will beresponsible for managing key strategic partnerships, finding, and retaining clients, and bringing sales and growth to the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading and growing the business by implementing proactive strategies to achieve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Developing and executing tactical business plans, balancing market opportunities, growth potential, and risk considerations.
- Proposing and implementing strategies for business expansion and operational improvements.
- Driving client acquisition and retention, ensuring quality service delivery and achieving profitability targets.
- Overseeing and coordinating market-facing staff to achieve performance objectives.
- Assessing and improving business performance, including staff management and market-driven product offerings.
- Overseeing and coordinating market-facing staff to achieve performance objectives.
- Managing resources efficiently to ensure business goals are met within set timelines.

Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business development manager, or a similar role
- Track record of success in business development or sales.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in risk management and compliance standards.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
