About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.
  • This role focuses on driving sales growth by identifying leads, building strong client relationships, and presenting tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through prospecting and networking.
  • Present and sell Glosskode's IT solutions to businesses.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
