Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking highly skilled and results-driven Technical Sales Managers to join our team in Abuja and Lagos.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise to meet customer needs. Applicants must possess a strong science background and extensive experience in technical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and expand the company's client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in technical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related discipline).
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to clients.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
