Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.
  • This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Management: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as required.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and appointment schedules.
  • Security: Ensure the security of the reception area, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as required, such as ordering supplies, managing the mailroom, and providing support to other departments.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in a relevant field or any other applicable discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Personal Qualities: Professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary
N190,000 monthly (Gross).
