Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing ones while representing Renmoney positively.
Responsibilities
- Achieve financial targets and sales budgets.
- Gather customer information and determine eligibility based on company requirements.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints within set timeframes.
- Offer constructive feedback on processes, products, and procedures to support business improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational and unit objectives.
Qualifications
- First degree in management, social sciences, or related field.
- 3+ years in sales and business development for a bank or financial institution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Flexible and detail-oriented.
- Works well with others and has strong interpersonal skills.
