Description
- We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to handle client interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, this role is for you.
Your Role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about property listings and services
- Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and transactions
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance client satisfaction
Who We Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in real estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client interactions
- Abuja-based candidates preferred
