Job Summary
- We are looking to hire a Senior SaaS Sales Executive with determination and passion to drive revenue. This role relies heavily on relationship-building and an in-depth understanding of our product offerings.
- The ideal candidate will present our solution to potential new clients and manage them through the entire sales cycle through to handover to the implementation team.
- As a Senior SaaS Sales Executive, you must be capable of obtaining an in-depth understanding of your prospects’ business operations along with a sound understanding of their key drivers for change.
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales quota: by handling leads, and working with strategic accounts to grow revenue through renewals and upsells.
- Sales cycle management: manage the sales process internally and externally – engaging the appropriate resource to help drive sales results.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Identify, prioritize and qualify prospects and drive them through the sales process to contract
- Cultivate relationships with customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders
- Build and maintain a robust client.
- Stay up to date on ongoing new product features and their potential impact on new prospects and clients.
- Generate new leads and opportunities.
- Manage all pre-sales activities, including carrying out online sales meetings and demonstrations
- Maintain an updated and accurate sales pipeline and report on this weekly
- Build and maintain product knowledge: understand the business and technical problems that our solutions address.
- Attend industry functions on occasion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (inside sales or field-based), preferably enterprise software.
- Experience in managing and executing complex sales cycles.
