Job Overview
- We seek a Back-End Manager with a medical background to oversee administrative tasks, insurance coordination, transcription, billing support, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Handle correspondence and phone calls via RingCentral.
- Manage insurance authorizations and referrals.
- Transcribe session notes and assist with billing.
- Coordinate social media content and campaigns.
- Use and master the company’s EMR and other software.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (medical background required).
- Experience in healthcare administration or a mental health setting.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and insurance processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
