Job Overview

• We seek a Back-End Manager with a medical background to oversee administrative tasks, insurance coordination, transcription, billing support, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Handle correspondence and phone calls via RingCentral.
• Manage insurance authorizations and referrals.
• Transcribe session notes and assist with billing.
• Coordinate social media content and campaigns.
• Use and master the company’s EMR and other software.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (medical background required).
• Experience in healthcare administration or a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and insurance processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
