Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling healthcare machines to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitals and clinics.
- Promote and sell specialized healthcare machines used in fertility treatments and other medical applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from lead generation to after-sales service.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling healthcare machines to hospitals (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly fertility treatment technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
