Job Title: Dispatch Rider 

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  • The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of food orders to customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • The rider will adhere to company policies and ensure deliveries are carried out professionally and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of Bankyloolas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers.
  • Ensure all deliveries are made within specified time frames and report any delays.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders with the customer before departing for delivery.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interaction with customers at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries with empathy and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide a positive customer experience, ensuring satisfaction at every point of contact.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Uphold the integrity and reputation of Bankyloolas.
  • Follow the standard process flow for deliveries.
  • Utilize designated tools and apps to track deliveries and update statuses.
  • Report daily activities, including delivery times and customer feedback, to the Admin Officer.
  • Attend review meetings twice a month to discuss performance and improvements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Delivery Timeliness:

  • Percentage of orders delivered within specified time frames.

Order Accuracy:

  • Percentage of orders delivered without discrepancies (e.g., wrong items, incomplete orders).

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Customer feedback and ratings regarding delivery experience, communication, and professionalism.

Delivery Volume:

  • Number of deliveries made per month, with targets set at 200 deliveries for full salary and bonus eligibility for over 300 deliveries.

Cost Minimization:

  • Rider’s ability to minimize operational costs and maintain a good performance rating.

Adherence to Policies:

  • Compliance with company policies, traffic rules, and delivery process flow.

Feedback Handling:

  • The speed and quality of resolving customer complaints or queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Reporting and updating delivery status accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an FSLC / OND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
