Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our sales team at Koolboks.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales growth through direct field visits.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell Koolboks products to businesses, retailers, and individual customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competition.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and follow up on leads to ensure conversions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
