Job Description

  • As a Product Partnerships Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the adoption and success of our live products and facilitate the go-to-market strategy for our upcoming offerings. 
  • You will work closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to identify, establish, and maintain partnerships that align with Anchor's product goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partners across industries to expand Anchor's product reach, particularly for live products like Online Payments, Virtual Accounts, Payouts & Disbursements, and Digital Banking Tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Negotiate terms and execute partnership agreements that align with Anchor’s product and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners to drivethe  adoption and utilization of live products such as Automated Collections, Embedded Financial Services, and Banking Infrastructure.
  • Support product integration efforts for strategic partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Develop co-marketing strategies with partners to promote key products, including Overdrafts (Business Loans)
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners for upcoming offerings like Cards, Treasury & Liquidity Management Systems, and FX Exchange & Multi-Currency Accounts.
  • Support the Head of Product in designing strategies for introducing and scaling these products through partnerships.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align partnership efforts with product roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues, streamline communication, and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team, highlighting opportunities and challenges in the partnership ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field2 = Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with solutions like Virtual Accounts, Online Payments, and Digital Banking Tools is essential.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze partnership opportunities and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

Salary
N500,000- N1,000,000 Monthly (Negotiable based on exceptional candidates’ Talent, experience, qualifications).
