Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Life Manager to lead and drive sales efforts.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling life insurance products and experience in a leadership capacity.
- This role requires strong strategic thinking, team management skills, and a deep understanding of the life insurance market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales agents to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance the firm’s offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide training and development programs for sales teams.
- Generate reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling life insurance products.
- Strong leadership experience, either currently or previously in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry, products, and regulations.
