Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Life Manager to lead and drive sales efforts. 
• The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling life insurance products and experience in a leadership capacity. 
• This role requires strong strategic thinking, team management skills, and a deep understanding of the life insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales agents to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance the firm’s offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide training and development programs for sales teams.
• Generate reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling life insurance products.
• Strong leadership experience, either currently or previously in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of the life insurance industry, products, and regulations.
