Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and brand expansion.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Monitor sales performance, track key business metrics, and provide regular reports.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with vendors, distributors, and influencers.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and secure B2B partnerships with beauty retailers, spas, and dermatologists.
- Manage pricing strategies to optimize profit margins while maintaining affordability.
- Monitor customer purchasing patterns and suggest new sales channels.
Marketing & Brand Management:
- Develop and oversee the marketing strategy across social media, e-commerce platforms, and offline channels.
- Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, and designers to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute product launches, influencer campaigns, and promotional events.
- Optimize brand presence onInstagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
E-Commerce & Digital Growth:
- Oversee the brand’s online store and e-commerce operations.
- Develop strategies for increasing traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Identify and integrate new digital tools and payment solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve product offerings.
Customer Experience & Community Building:
- Foster strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and engagement.

Team Leadership & Development:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
