Job Summary

  • We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center environment an asset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
