Job Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
- This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable automobile options, and achieving sales targets.
- The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of the automobile industry, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential customers through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure a smooth sales process and customer retention.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new automobile models.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with showroom activities, including vehicle displays and test drives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in automobile sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing options, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
