Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and creative Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Koolboks. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed in retail outlets, optimizing visibility, and increasing sales. 
  • This role requires strong negotiation skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Koolboks products are well-presented and positioned in retail stores to attract customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store managers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
  • Provide product knowledge training to store staff and promote brand awareness.
  • Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and placement targets.
  • Ensure proper arrangement of marketing materials such as posters, banners, and product stands.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales merchandiser, retail merchandiser, or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel between retail locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
