Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and strong educational qualifications to drive our sales efforts and achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within specified timelines
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiations and deal closures
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and strong educational qualifications to drive our sales efforts and achieve exceptional results.
