Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager - Key Accounts

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Role Description

• We are looking for aggressive & dynamic sales professionals to strengthen & expand its business in Nigeria.
• The role is centered on establishing and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with key clients, with the goal of driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 
Key responsibilities typically include:

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key customers.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets within designated key accounts/business sectors/geographic locations.
• Understanding Client Needs: Actively listening to and comprehending client requirements.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
• Client Retention and Growth: Concentrating on retaining current accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Market Research and Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Working closely with after sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Delivering accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an HND / Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Mass Communication.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Minimum working experience of 10 years in Direct Sales and Key Account Management

Remuneration
Cost to Company (CTC) between N4,000,000 and N6,000,000 per annum.
