- Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support its digital marketing and brand engagement efforts.
- This role will focus on executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing digital strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate should have industry and a strong understanding of online marketing tools and customer engagement techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media pages, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on SEO, SEM, and digital ad performance, making recommendations for improvements.
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Develop and schedule social media posts to enhance audience engagement.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages.
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Run targeted digital ads to increase reach and conversions.
Compliance & Industry Awareness:
- Ensure that all digital marketing activities adhere to industry regulations.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of email marketing, analytics tools, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services marketing is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and social media analytics tools.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Strategy are a plus
