Job Summary
- We are seeking to fill the role of a Sales/Marketing Executive.
- This individual will play a critical role inacquiring new clients, retaining existing customers, and promoting insurance products effectively.
- This role requires a results-driven individual with strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct client presentations and sales meetings to promote insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business retention.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Utilize digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the branding team to ensure consistency in marketing messages.
- Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide professional advice to clients on suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Work closely with the claims and underwriting teams to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a strong customer database and follow up on policy renewals.
Reporting & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for improving products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is an advantage.
