Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
- As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and suggesting innovative strategies to grow our brand.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the team to create customized travel packages and proposals
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry
