Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Employee records management: Maintaining accurate employee files, including personal details, employment contracts, leave records, performance reviews, and other relevant documents.
  • Onboarding new employees: Assisting with the onboarding process by preparing paperwork, introducing new hires to the company, and providing necessary information.
  • Recruitment support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the application process.
  • Payroll processing: Gathering necessary data for payroll calculations, including time and attendance information, and submitting to payroll department.
  • Benefits administration: Enrolling new employees in benefits plans, managing changes to coverage, and answering employee questions regarding benefits.
  • Compliance with labor laws: Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations, including maintaining required documentation.
  • Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and providing support on workplace issues.
  • Data entry and reporting: Updating HR databases with employee information, generating reports on staffing levels, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
  • Communication with employees: Answering employee questions about HR policies and procedures, providing updates on company news.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, filing documents, and managing calendars.

Required skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
