Job Description

- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with merchants, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and manage new merchants.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with merchants.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience.
Requirements
- NCE / OND / HND qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets.
- Experience in transaction finance or financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
