Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Proposal & Negotiation:
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring long-term business partnerships.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, sales progress, and business growth.
- Suggest improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing business portfolios.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent sales and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
