We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Growth:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.

Proposal & Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.
  • Close deals efficiently while ensuring long-term business partnerships.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, sales progress, and business growth.
  • Suggest improvements based on client feedback and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing business portfolios.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent sales and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
