Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and empower global service-based businesses.
- The ideal candidate will be instrumental in prospecting and qualifying leads that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), driving pipeline growth, and accelerating market expansion.
- This role involves engaging with decision-makers, uncovering their payment-related challenges, and positioning the company as a strategic growth partner through tailored consultative outreach.
Summary of Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting:
- Research and identify high-potential leads aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through strategic outreach.
Archetype-Specific Outreach:
- Personalize messaging and outreach strategies for different buyer personas across industries and regions.
- Use data-driven insights to increase relevance and engagement.
Inbound & Outbound Engagement:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Proactively reach out via email, phone, and social platforms to initiate conversations
Discovery & Qualification Calls:
- Conduct structured discovery calls to uncover business challenges, pain points, and fit
- Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC and align needs with service capabilities
CRM & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of activities, interactions, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Track progress and ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to align outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends, lead quality, and messaging performance.
Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as meetings booked, qualified leads generated, and response rates.
- Analyze performance data and continuously refine outreach tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/Prospecting (B2B/SaaS preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach or sales-loft)
- Comfortable making outbound calls, sending cold emails, and engaging with LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with cross-border payments, subscriptions or invoicing tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience selling to online educators, career advisors or relocation consultants
- Knowledge of Lead generation using hashtags to discover ideal customer profile.
