Job Title: Sales Executive - Prints & Supplies

Reports To: Product Sales Manager (HP Prints & Supplies)
Job Summary
- The Sales Officer (Prints & Supplies) is responsible for driving sales, market penetration, and customer engagement for the HP Prints & Supplies product line.
- This role requires a proactive sales approach to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate must have strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HP Prints & Supplies to increase market share.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads, follow up on potential customers, and convert them into sales.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide clients with product knowledge, recommendations, and customized solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent after-sales support and service.
Strategic Sales Execution & Market Penetration:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and product visibility.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Identify key business opportunities within corporate and retail markets.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of sales experience in prints, supplies, IT products, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
