We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative - Homes

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to sell furniture, doors, and home accessories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers to maximize profitability.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide excellent customer service. conduct regular visits to customers to ensure proper product availability and visibility.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits. and timely resolving complaints.
  • Ensure high customer retention through consistent follow-ups and engagement.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer demands.
  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to improve sales.

Reporting & Sales Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market activities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the supervisor.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to follow up on payments and outstanding invoices.

Key Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
