Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Manager – Marketing & Sales with 5 years of experience in business development, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns. The candidate should have a BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration and a strong ability to drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and develop market expansion strategies.
  • This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Lead sales teams and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend assessments.
  • Manage pricing strategies, product promotions, and sales forecasting.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and advertising initiatives.
  • Develop and present sales reports, business plans, and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, market regulations, and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor sales and marketing teams to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Strong, understanding of market trends, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge in Solar Products,inverters,battery,etc.
  • Experience in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
