Job Title: Channel Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Job Description

  • Are you passionate about sales, growth, and building strategic relationships? A leading FinTech company is looking for smart, driven, and target-oriented Channel Sales Executives to support its expansion in Lagos and Abuja.
  • If you’re energetic, persuasive, and ready to hit the ground running, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard agents, institutional partners, and sales channels within assigned territory.
  • Execute field activations, campus drives, and community engagement campaigns.
  • Grow user base and transaction volume through channel partners and field sales activities.
  • Provide training, motivation, and support to sales agents and partners.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, providing insights to the Branch Business Manager.
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools, student associations, and community influencers.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, channel/agent management, or business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Comfortable with field work and flexible schedules.
  • Knowledge of the fintech or youth-focused ecosystem is an advantage.
