We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive 

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The role will be crucial in driving revenue and building strong client relationships.
  • This includes identifying potential clients, understanding their logistics needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Skills in communication, contract negotiation, and teamwork will be key to meeting sales targets and growing the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
  • Scout and prospect potential clients in the industry.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements with clients to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Propose innovative and cost-effective logistics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide input to management on market trends, client feedback, and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to address client concerns and provide updates on services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with minimum of 2years of sales experience and a proven track record.
  • Requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in teams, proficiency with sales tools, and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Renumeration

  • Negotiable.
